Kyle Toppazzini

Kyle Toppazzini - CEOKyle Toppazzini is the president of Toppazzini and Lee (T&L) Consulting, author and an international leader and consultant in Lean Six Sigma. He publishes blogs and articles in Bloomberg Business Week, Digital Journal, Quality Digest Magazine and Social Media and is the author of Maximizing Lean Six Sigma Sustainability and the CFO Scorecard. Kyle is currently working on a book that will bring new innovations in Lean Six Sigma and Quality Management.

Kyle is a six sigma master black belt and lean six sigma black belt receiving his training from the University of Notre Dame’s Mendoza College, a certified Balanced Scorecard Trainer, and a member of the Palladium Executive Group founded by David Norton founder of the Balanced Scorecard (BSC).

Kyle has conducted more than 30 performance and process improvement and assessment projects across the public and private organizations in government and health care yielding millions of dollars in cost savings and 80% improvement in process performance.

Stephen Buck

Steve is a Senior Lean Six Sigma Consulting Associate.   Steve has 20 years of General and Technical Management experience. He has attained titles of Vice President, General Manager, Managing Director, Production Manager, and Operations Manager in various sized businesses in a global environment.  Steve is a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt currently working on a Lean Six Sigma engagement with one of our Fortune 100 clients.

As a consultant, his experience spans more than 8 years in business problem solving, change management, project management, and general management, in both Government and Private sectors. Steve can bridge the gap that often exists between analysis and design and practical implementation.

Steve is a results-oriented professional who works extremely well independently or as a team member. He has conducted numerous Kaizens in both management and operational sectors using a plethora of Lean and Six Sigma tools and related technologies.

He holds Bachelors (Science) and Masters (Business Administration) degrees from the University of Ottawa and The University of Manitoba.

Robert Holloman Jr.

Robert is a Senior Lean Six Sigma Consulting Associate.  Robert is a Lean expert and Master Black Belt.

Robert has worked in the industry for over twenty three years concentrating on process improvement; while in the industry, Mr. Holloman worked as an Industrial Engineer, Engineering Manager, Business Unit Manager and Assistant Plant Manager.  He received formal lean training from a company out of Japan, Shingijutsu, the number one lean consultants in the world.

Robert has facilitated hundreds of lean events and six sigma projects , which realized tens of millions of dollars in savings.  Robert is a graduate of Virginia Tech University with a degree in Industrial Engineering. Robert is also the president of The Holloman Group.

He brings over 20 years of process improvement experience in the fields of biotechnology, automotive, manufacturing, engineering and telecommunications as well as over 12 years of design and implementation of employee training programs in Lean and Six Sigma. His certification as a Lean Sigma Master Black Belt in 2001 was one of the first dual (Lean and Six Sigma) certifications given by SSQI and SSC – two of the most highly recognized training organizations in North America. 

Russell uses his extensive Lean Sigma expertise to assist organizations with development of continuous improvement programs by providing training, as well as mentoring of candidates, at all levels – Champion, Executive, Green Belt, Black Belt and Master Black Belt. 

James Bond

James has worked in the industry for over twenty five years focusing on employee development and process improvement.  He received formal lean training from Toyota sensei in both Japan and North America.

James has applied Lean Thinking and Lean Sigma expertise to assist organizations with their continuous improvement transformations using a hands on approach employing the DMAIC process. James assists organizations by developing sustainable systems and processes by initially engaging senior leadership in developing a strategic plan which is then deployed enterprise wide in many business sectors. Some of which have included automotive, foundry, transportation, healthcare, die-casting, transportation, and education.

James teaches Operations Management as a sessional academic in addition to chairing the program advisory committee (PAC) at Conestoga College in the Engineering Faculty. He is a contributing author, editor and has written the foreword for the upcoming book, by Charles Protzman, a Shingo award winner,The Lean Practitioner's Field Book, (2015) by CRC Press.
