T&L Return and Refund Policy
In order to affect a return with T&L, the return must meet the following guidelines
T&L Policy on Returns
T&L has a 30-day return policy that allows customers to return products 30 days from the date of shipment. HOWEVER, this policy applies only to single user software licenses. If a customer expresses desire to return, or returns without authorization, outside of this policy, then the customer is operating outside of the stated policy. Here is a full explanation of the policy:
T&L 30 Day Return Policy
Customers who purchase a single user software license from T&L can return the software by following the guidelines listed below:
- The software being returned must be received by T&L within 30 days from the date the software was shipped to the customer (the ship date is located on the packing slip sent with the software);
- Prior to returning the software the customer must contact T&L to receive instructions on how to return the software and to make sure all questions are answered;
- To assure that the customer's account is properly credited, the T&L authorization sticker, sent to the customer, must be affixed to the package being returned;
- To protect the customer's investment, the software must be returned via a traceable method of shipping to: Toppazzini and Lee Consulting Inc, 275 Slater Street- Suite 900, Ottawa, Ontario, Canada, K1P 5H9
Under the guidelines listed above, T&L will refund to the customer the purchase price, less any bundle price discount where applicable, of the software being returned.
If your desired return meets these criteria, call Customer Service at 613-680-4333 ext 1 between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Eastern Standard time. Assuming the return is authorized, a Customer Service representative will provide you with all the information necessary to affect the return, including the following:
- You will be provided a Return Authorization Number (RAN) via email.
- The RAN will contain a tracking number for tracking for tracking purposes. This information must be included in the return.
- If your desired return does not meet the above criteria, then the item is ineligible for return. T&L Shipping Policy
T&L Inc uses both expedited and standard ground service delivery to deliver purchased copies of Promodel Simulator and Project Simulator. ProModel will send the customer an email with the download and activation details. If the customer requires physical disks and documentation, a 24 hour turn-around using FedEx Two day is standard operating practice. Cost of media, shipping and handling is the responsibility of the customer. There is no charge under the download

T&L Pricing Policies
Both Process Simulator and Project Simulator are sold for $3,500 USD per liscence. Products sold to Canadian Residents are subject to GST.
