    General Description

    If your organization is looking to make its Lean Six Sigma deployment easier than our customized training solution maybe right for you.  With our customized training program we develop a custom training plan for your organization. 

    During the training sessions employees learn and work at the same time.  We teach employees the various concepts utilized in Lean Six Sigma, get them to apply it to their lean six sigma project and present it to the course instructor who then provides guidance.

    VIRTUAL CLASSROOM YELLOW BELT

    This yellow belt certification program is perfect for those who want an introduction to Lean Six Sigma.  The yellow belt program gives students a basic understanding of the Lean Six Sigma framework and some of the tools used in it.

     

    The yellow belt training is approximately 30 hours of training spread over two weeks. This course will be delivered via a virtual classroom lead by an instructor. At the end of the training students will have the opportunity to take a certification exam to be certified at the yellow belt level.

     

    As with any of our certification classes employees will be taught to deliver Lean Six Sigma in a way that teaches other employees how to use the tools in Lean Six Sigma. 

     

    Once you complete the certification you will be capable of contributing to an organization’s Lean Six Sigma project.
