Each course is specifically designed to push students toward excellence through customized assignments, real-life applications, demanding tests and continued mentoring that goes beyond standard Lean certification and training. Under the guidance of expert course instructors including certified black belts and master black belts, students develop superior comprehension and knowledge of Six Sigma concepts, Lean thinking and the DMAIC framework from which the Lean Six Sigma certification is comprised. Students will also become skillful in change management and engagement strategies, statistical data analysis, designed experiments, team leadership and project management, enabling them to confidently head any high-demand Lean Management project within their organization.
