Lean Six Sigma certification and training (Yellow Belt) is a beginner’s course, perfect for professionals seeking a general understanding of Lean Six Sigma methodology.

Students can expect 30 hours of training paired with five custom designed assignments, six multiple choice tests and a final examination.

Upon certification, students will have achieved a better understanding of change management and engagement methods while sharpening critical thinking and problem solving skills and mastering some process improvement tools, allowing for participate in Lean Six Sigma projects on a part-time basis.

Lean Six Sigma Certification Green Belt Course Syllabus

Lean Six Sigma certification and training (Green belt ) is an intermediate course, ideal for select yellow belt certified professionals desiring a greater understanding of Lean Six Sigma methodology.

Students will undergo 85 hours of classroom training with a certified black belt and will be expected to complete and pass 15 custom designed assignments, six multiple-choice tests and a final examination.

Upon certification, students will have conquered Lean Thinking and the tools essential to support Lean Six Sigma projects on a part-time basis, including advanced change management and engagement strategies, problem solving, statistical analysis and critical thinking skills.

Lean Sigma Black Belt Six Cerification Course Syllabus

Lean Six Sigma certification and training (Black belt) is an advanced course, only offered to select green belt certified professionals looking to become a qualified team leader in the execution of Lean Six Sigma projects on a full-time basis.

Students will undertake 140 hours of course material, 15 custom designed assignments, six multiple-choice tests, a final examination and must complete two Lean Six Sigma projects.

Certified black belts will possess the expertise to lead Lean Six Sigma projects or train and mentor belts-in-training with confidence, experience and a superior understanding of change management and engagement strategies, problem solving, statistical analysis and critical thinking skills required for superior process improvement.
